Home design for a family of three in Cambridge, MA.  The concept for this home was to rethink the horizontal plane as typical spatial organizer and instead use the vertical plane of the wall.  Each of the rooms in the house are pushed into the front wall of the home and are linked with a series of stairs.  The back of the home is a large faceted glass wall that steps in and out to accommodate the different volumes of the rooms, similar to the image of the snake eating an elephant in The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
